Cancellation Policy

To cancel the appointment please notify us at least 24 - 48 hours in advance. We recommend you apply earol (olive oil) at least 3 days before the appointment unless there is a perforations on the eardrum. Before and after pictures of your eardrum will be taken for the purpose of our medical records. By booking the appointment you consent to yours images being stored in your file. There is free parking at the back of the building. Please notify us if you intend to use on site parking.
